If an order cannot be processed, Renevue may contact the customer or cancel the order and provide any refund required by applicable law.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Carrier delays, customs processes, address issues and force majeure events may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information before completing checkout.

Returns are accepted only where the product is intact, unopened, unused, with the safety seal intact and returned in its original packaging, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned products must be sent by tracked shipping to the address indicated by Renevue.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the product was damaged on delivery, defective or shipped incorrectly due to an error attributable to Renevue.

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.

Renevue makes a digital withdrawal function available on renevue.com, where required or applicable by law.

Limits may apply for cosmetic products, hygiene reasons and products that have been opened, used or unsealed, where permitted by applicable law.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Renevue through the official contact channels on renevue.com as soon as reasonably possible with the order reference and supporting details.

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Renevue.
